Where to find the free instructional CD that comes with the book "Free Your Voice" by Roger Love?

So I bought this book through barnes and nobles as used. As I read it there was mention of an instructional cd which i found didn’t come with the book. I’ve looked through many sites to see if i could purchase the cd itself but no luck. Does anyone know if its posted online just the audio without downloading it?
